Over the weekend, another fatal shooting sparked chaos in Minnesota. And, as tensions between law enforcement and Minnesotans rose, former President Barack Obama was quick to fan the flames, blaming President Trump for the violence and calling for more protests.

Obama wrapped his call for nationwide action against the federal government in a tone of regret, and he portrayed the street protests as defensive measures against a tyrannical government:
The killing of Alex Pretti is a heartbreaking tragedy. It should also be a wake-up call to every American, regardless of party, that many of our core values as a nation are increasingly under assault.
Federal law enforcement and immigration agents have a tough job, but Americans expect them to carry out their duties in a lawful, accountable way, and to work with, rather than against, state and local officials to ensure public safety. That’s not what we’re seeing in Minnesota. In fact, we’re seeing the opposite.
Alex Pretti was an armed protestor who was shot and killed by Border Patrol agents in a confrontation in Minneapolis on Sunday. Officials in the Trump administration said that Pretti wanted to “perpetuate violence” and “violently resisted” law enforcement, stressing that agents only fired out of fear for their lives. His death comes nearly three weeks after ICE officers shot and killed another protestor, Renee Good, as she was attempting to hit federal law enforcement with her car.
Obama did not mention any of this context in his statement, instead voicing his disagreement with the Trump administration’s statements on both deaths. The former also called for the current administration to work with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, despite the fact that both of them have antagonized and refused to work with President Trump for months now.
Most notably, Obama also called for Americans across the nation to “draw inspiration from the wave of peaceful protests in Minneapolis and other parts of the country.” While this call may have been made in good faith, it ignores that the protests in Minnesota are not at all peaceful. Last week, for example, protestors stormed a church in St. Paul, harassing and threatening congregants. Law enforcement has also faced attacks. One ICE officer had his finger bitten off by a protestor (WARNING: link contains graphic content), and CBP Commissioner Rodney Scott shared on X that protestors attempted to force their way into a Minneapolis hotel Border Patrol agents were staying in.
Meanwhile, the Trump administration may soon change its approach in Minnesota. The President himself recently signaled this change was coming, announcing on Truth Social that Border Czar Tom Homan was on his way to the state. Additionally, President Trump said on Monday that he had a “very good call” with Governor Walz, who reportedly requested to work together with the federal government in Minnesota. It’s unclear exactly what was discussed, but it seems we may finally see the temperature come back down in Minnesota.
As chaos continues across the country, let’s pray that leftist states like Minnesota and leaders like Governor Walz and Obama would sport our law enforcement officers, not antagonize them.

Dear Lord, I pray for your direction for intercessors in Minnesota and across our country. We ask Father that the plans of the enemy be thwarted and their power broken off of this nation in Jesus of Nazareth’s mighty name. May Your kingdom come, your will be done in earth as it is in Heaven. Cause your people to repent and humble ourselves and pray as you direct us. Well, per usual, ex-prez Obama….who is usually quiet, instead seizes the opportunity for sowing division. True to his character, instead of calling for unity and peace between the political parties & that the local MN authorities should be working with the federal gov’t, Obama chooses his normal & smooth delivery of dissension and sowing seeds of discontent. What a sad excuse for an ex-president.
But that’s okay. God sees the heart of all of mankind. When someone has been given great responsibility and authority to do the right thing but willingly chooses to sow evil, any such individual will be held accountable for such devious actions. That’s the beauty of God’s perfect justice. As merciful and forgiving as our Lord is, He will rightfully exercise His justice for those who purposely reject His ways – especially those who were given the arena of leadership, yet chose to “use the system” for selfish gain.
Obama again proves why he cannot be trusted and that he values the power of political authority and his party over upholding our Constitution and our law enforcement personnel.
Each and every time Obama still speaks, he cements his legacy of why he could never be trusted. Nothing has changed..

Question? Why were those who participated in the mass riots and anti -American rebellion in Washington, DC pardoned? That was another sad blot on America’s History. It is really a statement about the ‘Christianity’ espoused on this site that there is not one mention of the man who was shot repeatedly, and all the hateful, unfair comments about Obama. When Trump is president, we have to pray for our leaders, when Obama or Biden is president, any awful remark in the name of Christianity is fair. This is pretty sick.
John, This article was about Obama inciting more violence. And all of the comments about him are true. He is evil and hates all that America stands for. And excuse me, but when Obama and Biden were in office, we prayed for them as commanded but also against their evil schemes.
As far as mentioning the man who was shot, I will not comment until all the facts are in. He was not, however, some innocent bystander but was armed and knowingly went into where the ICE agents were. That is pretty sick and quite frankly stupid. It was a death that did not have to happen. Praying God and Tom Homan can bring an end to this insanity.
Americans need to know that the Obamas hate America, and since they hate it so, what don’t they leave the country. Everything that come out of their mouth about this country is negative. Believers need to recognize that we are in an undeclared, at this point, Civil War. It needs to be prayed over from that perspective, that God will intervene for his own, just cause regarding our nation. But until we realize this- the war is already going on, we will have wrongly skewed ideas on how to pray.
The constitution and all of the checks and balances our fore fathers put into place to protect us from such things, have been breached and are no longer being honored. We must first accept that fact, and pray from that standpoint. It is an undeclared Civil War.
Our Holy Spirit led declarations and decrees will bring the remedies in order that this undeclared Civil War does not end up in a literal flesh and blood civil war. We must be in our places, in spiritual battle of array, declaring and decreeing victory. And having done all of that, then stand in said victory.

Walz has announced cooperation but claims MN has already been notifying federal LE when violent illegal criminals have been detained. If that were true, federal LE wouldn’t be in the streets trying to find them. That’s another lie from Walz so I’m not sure if we can really count on “cooperation” from him.

Darkness must be fought with light. But ICE is anything but light, and so darkness abounds and Satan has scored a win by nearly permanently removing the billion dollar fraud scheme in Minnesota from the headlines.
On another note, I am also praying for Naftali Bennett to win the elections in Israel this year. IFA’s idolatry of Netanyahu is as equally ungodly and disturbing as their refusal to hold Trump spiritually accountable. Both men’s souls are in grave danger.
There are many less sensational ways Trump (without Democrats help) could curb immigration but they would hurt many of Trump’s business elite friends who rely on cheap labor and the like. So instead of holding them accountable for their hiring practices of undocumented workers and the like, he is using spectacle to distract the MAGA base and undermining the agenda in the long run.

In a way I would like to see military takeover. If someone like President Trump were in control. I believe he would do this to finish rounding up illegals and putting them in proper order to become citizens according to law. That means of course that those who are criminals returned home. officials.” This quote from the article is misleading. Our Federal Agents have tried and are trying to work with state and local law enforcement. However local and state law enforcement have been told to stand down and not help federal law enforcement. Not only that but Governor Walz and Mayor Frey keep telling the rioters to confront and stop ICE from doing their jobs. Now the 8 year Failure in Chief obama is adding fuel by telling rioters to keep on resisting tyranny. We were in Tyranny when obama was in office as many bakers and florists lost their businesses under obama for not giving in to the demands of gay folks wanting to use those services in their fake weddings. As Evan Barker says, real change would include measures like:
1. Jail employers who hire illegal immigrants. E-Verify someone whose name doesn’t match their social? You go to jail.
2. Debank those without citizenship or naturalized status. Bank accounts on special visas have expiration dates.
3. Same rule for cell phones. Any cell phone provider caught granting access to illegal immigrants = CEO in jail
4. No driver’s licenses or state IDs
5. Landlords caught renting to illegal residents = jail time
6. End sanctuary cities.

I have lived in Minnesota my whole life and I have seen what our governor and the mayor have done. They are behind all of this and we know it. But I do know God is coming in his way to turn the state around. I am an intercessor and have been for 45 years and I know prayer works.

I can totally agree with your prayers and comments. We can spend our time at the bottom of a mountain mired in the circumstances- caught up in arguments and disagreements, trying to pray from that very chaotic view, OR we can rise to the mountain top for the heavenly perspective and get insight on how to pray and where to stand effectively from our Father and his view, who knows all things, the end from the beginning.
And for that privilege and choice, we can thank Jesus Christ and his work on the cross to restore what the first Adam lost through the second and last Adam. Dominion overall including evil.

We don’t get to hear from the real citizens of rioting cities since the media refuses to report all angles. Out prayers will continue to be with you during this crisis time in your state. While what is going on in our country grieves me, as Christians we need to remember that most of the people who are causing these issues are not saved and they do not worship our God. My mother used to say that you can’t make a silk purse out of a pigs ear, which could be interpreted as when your Father is not God, then you are worshipping Satan. Why do we expect those people to act like they know Jesus and understand the ways of God? The are simply doing what their “father” is telling them what to do, Let’s pray for them and make sure that we are doing what our Father clearly tells us how to live out our lives. Prayer and love will go much further than condemnation and hatred. We live in a broken world. The only way it’s going to get fixed is through the blood of Jesus.

The ICE agents need to do their jobs without any fear of retaliation. Former President Obama needs to keep his opinions to himself. There is NO legitimate reason for him to get involved in this mess. .
Father, since people act out of their personal worldviews, we know that the only real change will come when the worldview is changed according to Your Kingdom’s ways, which is revealed in Your Holy Bible. This is my prayer and my plea. Spiritual awakening and revival, come sweep our nation and her people with Truth. Jesus is the Way, Truth and Life. You said, Jesus, that no one can come unless the Father draws them. Send Your heavenly hosts, Your Holy Spirit, to change hearts across this nation, and most specifically in these cities troubled by violence and unrest.
Please strengthen law enforcement with longsuffering in these difficult days. Grant them wisdom and protection as they perform their duties. Sweep our country clean of illegal aliens. Oh, Father, let Thy Kingdom come and Thy will be done. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
